Refund Policy

All sales are final. Sponsor widgets and level-ups take effect the moment your payment is confirmed. Sponsor widgets have no time limit: they stay until newer sponsors replace them, and a replacement is not refunded. Please read the Rules, the sponsor terms and the level-up terms before you pay.

1. What "final" covers

Buying sponsor widgets (or, on the earlier walls, blocks) is a one-time purchase of a digital placement. As soon as payment is confirmed, the placement is live. We do not refund a confirmed payment because:

you changed your mind, or later preferred a different phase, number of widgets or position;
a newer sponsor replaced your widgets, in part or entirely, however soon after you paid. Replacement is how sponsor widgets work (Terms §5);
your widgets or listing got fewer views, clicks, visitors, or customers than you hoped;
it was hidden or removed for breaking the Rules, the Terms, or the law — including when your link stops working;
the site was slow or briefly unavailable;
the price, the number of widgets one purchase can hold, or the number of places in a phase changed after you bought;
after a level-up, other startups earned or bought levels and your rank changed, or you later preferred to have earned the levels by taking part;
the widgets looked smaller, fainter or slower than you expected (how they look and move is our choice and can change);
your bank or card charged currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees.

2. Why

The placement is delivered immediately and is shared with other sponsors by design. By completing checkout you ask us to start providing it right away, and you acknowledge that — to the extent the law allows — you give up any right to cancel or withdraw once it has started.

3. Check before you pay

Please make sure before paying that your link works, that you own it or are allowed to promote it, and that it follows the Rules. Check the phase you chose and the number of widgets, and remember that a newer sponsor can replace yours. If you're unsure whether something is allowed, message @Parthivv13 on X before you buy.

4. Billing errors we will fix

This policy doesn't cover our own mistakes. We will refund the incorrect amount if:

you were charged more than once for the same purchase; or
you were charged but no widgets or listing were created, because of a technical fault on our side.

Message @Parthivv13 on X within 30 days of the charge, with the email address you used at checkout and your payment receipt.

5. How approved refunds are paid

When we approve a refund under this policy:

Fees are deducted. You get back the amount you paid minus the fees and charges already incurred on that payment and not returned to us — such as payment processing fees, and any currency-conversion or transaction charges.
Timing. We issue the refund within 48–72 hours of approving it. It goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank or card provider may take a few more business days to show it on your statement.
The placement. When a payment is refunded, its widgets or listing are removed.

If the law where you live requires a full refund, we refund the full amount (see §7).

6. Purchases made before September 27, 2026

If you paid for a block listing before September 27, 2026, the refund terms you agreed to at checkout still apply to that purchase. Message @Parthivv13 on X if you think one applies to you, with the email address you used at checkout.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes a consumer right that the law where you live says cannot be waived. Where such a right applies to you, we will honor it.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, whose own terms also apply to the payment. If something went wrong, please message @Parthivv13 on X first — most problems are resolved faster that way. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without a legal basis is a breach of our Terms, and we may remove what you bought and refuse future purchases.

9. Free startups and free blocks

Adding a startup to the Evolution Wall is free, and so were the first free block claims, so there is nothing to refund.

Sponsor widgets follow this policy: a payment is final once the widgets are live, and stays final if newer sponsors replace them. If your widgets could not run because of an error on our side, we will fix it, or refund it if we can't. Widgets removed for breaking the Rules are not refunded. Your legal rights are not affected (§7).

Level-ups

A level-up is final once it is applied to your startup. If your payment arrived but we could not apply it because of an error on our side, or because your account had no live startup, we will apply it, or refund it if we can't. When we refund or charge back a level-up, the points it added are taken off your startup. Your legal rights are not affected (section 7).
